Smash The Statues joins White Russian Records, new EP and song
What’s to say about Smash The Statues?
We’ve known those guys for years, and everyone at the WRR HQ has been a fan since their first album. We all cried a little when they decided to split up three years ago, but we managed to move on.
Well, good things do happen. They got back together, did some shows, wrote some new tunes, recorded them, and now we’ll be putting them out (with the help of some awesome other labels) on an awesome 10″ record. We are thrilled. Really!
The 10″ – with amazing etch on the b-side- called “Rise To The Occasion“, will be presented on April 27th, at ACU Utrecht, with the help of some other great (White Russian) bands. Call It Off, March and Dead Giveaway will play some rocking tunes, before Smash The Statues will present their latest. And being the nice caring fellows they are; a portion of all income of the record will be donated to Stichting Gast.
